About the course

A Short Course on Psychosocial development (Video based online self paced course with 7+ hours of content, assessment and E - certificate on completion of assessment.)
This unique course explores Erik Erikson's and Sigmund Freud's stages of development through the lens of hSA 's Rainbow and Deluge Paradigm 

Using the 3Rs approach (Recognise, Respond and Reflect), we will explore the frontiers of normal psychosocial development from childhood through adulthood and learn to recognise the patterns of crises that individuals go through at various stages of life. We will empower you to respond appropriately to these crises, and reflect on what you have learned by applying it in your own context through enriching learning experiences. 

We will also look at red flags that may be signs of abnormal behaviour and potential mental health disorders that will help you distinguish between normal and abnormal, and help you to deal with these concerns appropriately using our unique RAINBOW in DELUGE model of recognising and responding to stress.
